Sales in one focused product category increased more than 100% in first month. Ease of use made transition and training of sales staff remarkably easy. Support team is excellent in getting back with answers to questions as well. It has surpassed all my expectations.

Handshake is very easy to learn and navigate. Orders can be entered quickly and from anywhere. I highly recommend it.

Simply the best App for taking orders at a Trade show or any other event. Innovative, intuitive and powerful; puts a fun spin on order entry. Only wish they hand Quantity, tier discount pricing per item, rather than having to manually edit prices...but rumor has it, this may already be on their roadmap for this year! In my opinion the iPad Mini is the perfect sized device for using the App and taking orders at shows, but it works on the regular sized iPad and the iPhone as well!

Easy to use and super convenient for writing orders at shows or placed over the phone. The sync feature is also very handy and saves me from double-entering information for orders. 4 stars because Ive had some technical difficulties getting Handshake to sync with my system recently.

Im not the admin so there are likely features Id like to have that are available but I havent been made aware of yet. Seems like shipping and billing fields should be on one page with option to select if same. Its confusing to enter info in one set of fields and not have the option to save for the other...or to see it auto-populate. Pithy I know. I do like that I can manually change info on the email before I send in the event I need to amend/change notes, pricing, or other data. Im new to the app so likely have a curve to flatten, but so far its working fine. I hope to upgrade my rating as A) I become more proficient and B) the boss adds more functionality :)

Easy to use program. Great presentation when used in clients presence. Especially vs. previous hand-written methods.

The buck starts, and stops here! This one dedicated team, awesome and quick support, and a super app. We have tried most of the apps available in the istore. Also have tried several quick book integrated software that is available, but the simplicity and the options this piece of software offers give me peace of mind. Simplicity...... Too much freezing and crashing

I like everything about this App and the support staff behind it. Im using it for 1 user and about 100 products to conduct mobile sales calls. No more bulky catalogs or paper order sheets! Id like to see an "MSRP" line under the Cost line when setting up Items. For now, I just write it in the notes section. This app is a great value and works great!

This app. has been very user friendly. The team behind Handshake has been responsive to our requests. Excited to grow with this app. and see the future changes evolve.

My customers love this. They can see what theyve ordered. The products are well organizes for review. I love because its easy to use. Wish more manufacturers used it.

We use HANDSHAKE to take orders at trade shows. Works great and syncs with Quickbooks. Great app. We love it!!! Also great customer service and back end help. Weve been waiting for an app like this for a very long time!

Love this app. It has really increased our sales departments productivity. We have so many skus and proposals are a big part of what we do. This app makes it so fast and fun.

Was able to replace all the paper based sales orders I make on a daily basis with this super easy to use app. The customers I interact with have really appreciated the emailed quotes/sales orders. I appear to be really polished and professional in the field because of the handshake tool. Its a game changer.

Even after saying "Im busy forever."

Had a customer call while I was out on the mountain bike trails... Put the re-order in and was back riding in minutes! Talk about multitasking! Fantastic concept... Now add gps, mileage and expense tracking and youll have the independent reps best friend!

Update: Totally working perfect again. Couldnt recommend this app more for an outside sales force. Title says it all. It lets me log in the first time I open the app, but after it deletes from the memory of my iPad/iPhone (after running other apps or "killing" Handshake), it hangs on the first splash screen and eventually crashes back to home screen. The latest update did not address this issue as I was told. I need it back so I can take orders for work!

Really easy and productive app!!! Works very well and they keep improving it.
