Handshake: B2B Sales Order App App Reviews

I have been using the software for several years. Great software. You can make it work for most any business and it works. The problem I have, they now want to charge you to talk to someone on the phone. Now support comes through chat sessions, and emails. You do the work now even when it is their fault at times. I dislike when a business does this to their customers.

This software hits the nail on the head. The Fridge Coaster team uses handshake at tradeshows to knock out orders super quick with new and repeat customers. Crisp clean invoicing as well, HandShake has is all.

Somehow this program got installed on my phone ( prolly my kids ) and my info got entered and all this stuff that was on my phone saved and received a call from them. Quick service lol just not anything I needed or wanted so app deleted. Please erase any info you received from me or my number/email.

This system is new to my company but provides a great structure for our sales orders and inventory. Handshake does a great job of adapting and improving the app to fit our business needs.

I found Handshake about two years ago when looking for an order entry solution at trade shows. I cant imagine going back to hand written order forms as our SKUs have grown significantly. All we need now is to keep out database up to date and enter on an iOS device. I also love it for reporting. We get real numbers during a show and see trends. The home office loves it as the orders are clear to read and they can begin shipping orders before we have even left the show. Customers are impressed when their orders hit their door within days of the show, sometimes the order beats them home! Hope you enjoy handshake as much as we have.

This app gets it done in a clean, sleek and easy to use platform. Most importantly, its super fast! Once a customers account is created an order can be taken and copies emailed to all parties in under a minute. I cant stress enough how much we love handshake here at Marquet!!

We manufacture and wholesale clothing in brooklyn. With over 15 reps around the US - the handshake app has changed the way we setup our catalog and how we sell! It is something we have been looking for a while! Glad we made the connection. Think outside of the box....

Finally an app that helps us out on the road get our work done and orders in quickly. If I could get one more thing from this it would be the ability to take an inventory using it with a separate location to store that inventory. Keep up the great work!

Best ordering app out there. Needs some more function to scroll down by pages and being able to edit price even without picture but still very good app

I tried out the demo and decided that I wanted to create an account, so that I can use this app, but there is some kind of glitch that causes the keyboard to stay pulled up, and wont let you get to the boxes necessary to sign up. I was really looking forward to using this too.

Has made trade show order writing a breeze. Love that I can use my iPhone camera to scan bar codes and take photos of business cards. Im a big fan!

App is great for order entry to my dealers, I can write their orders on the spot and send them a confirmation.

It has most of the fields you need to enter data but I can place an order right then and there. Previous orders that should be a simple duplicate can be cumbersome to enter and place again.

A great time saving product for simple orders. Unfortunately it doesnt automatically update pricing from previous orders, so is cumbersome to research/enter orders from customers who have different pricing than list

Love this app for short or long orders. Easy to understand and use on the go. Would recommend it to anyone who is on the edge
